Thry is an AI-powered research assistant that transforms user hypotheses into educational research reports. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any securities.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free – $0/mo – 2 reports per month (no credit card required)
• Pro – $20/mo – 50 reports per month with priority support and early access to new features

Payments for paid plans are processed via Stripe and renew monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Plan features and pricing may change with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, scraping, or unauthorized access
• No resale of generated reports without consent

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, and generated AI outputs are owned or licensed by Thry. You receive a limited license to use outputs for internal insight, not resale.

Thry's services are primarily designed for users in Australia. Users accessing the Service from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations regarding financial information services. The Service may not be suitable for users in jurisdictions where access to such educational research tools is restricted or prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Sydney courts.
