Thry ("we," "our," "us") provides an AI-driven platform that converts user research hypotheses into structured educational reports. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Thry, you agree to this Policy.

• Account data: name, email, authentication (Supabase).
• Billing data: payment details via Stripe (we don't store card data).
• Usage data: hypotheses, logs, performance metrics.
• Device and analytics data: IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed, and product interaction events.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve our services
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To ensure security and compliance
• To measure acquisition and product funnels, such as CTA clicks, report submissions, checkout starts, and shares

4. Sharing of Information

We share data only with trusted providers:

• Stripe – payment processing
• Supabase – authentication and database
• OpenAI – report generation
• Google Analytics – aggregated website and product usage measurement

5. Analytics

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and product interactions. Funnel events do not include the text of your investment hypothesis or report contents. You can restrict cookies and tracking using your browser or device settings, although this may affect some site functionality.

6. Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored securely on Supabase (AWS infrastructure) and retained only as long as necessary or required by law.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing legal@thry.ai.

8. International Transfers

Some data may be processed outside Australia (e.g., Stripe servers in the US). Adequate protection is maintained for these transfers.
